Per Dahlberg ‐ Managing Partner

Per has held leadership positions in telecom and IT businesses in Asia for 25 years. He has a strong track record in growing companies from early stages to profitability and, in some notable cases, very successful exits. He is the founder of the Asia Cloud Computing Association, now a leading authority on Cloud in Asia, and the co-founder of the MENA Cloud Alliance. He is the Chairman of the European Chamber's ICT Council in Hong Kong and has held senior management positions in technology companies and organizations such as the GSM Association, Actix, SmartTrust and Ascom Wireless. Per started his career at the Swedish Foreign Ministry and the Swedish Trade Council. He has a great command of Chinese and is a frequent public speaker, often quoted by in industry press and by analysts.

Par Tjernstrom ‐ Managing Partner

Par has spent 15 years in Asia in leadership roles at Northstream, a management consulting firm specialized in the telecom industry and Allgon Systems, a world-leading RF equipment supplier. Growing the business from the very initial market entry phase to positions of market leadership has given Par unique insights and experiences in every aspect of running a business in Asia - from estabilishing production, operations and finance to developing direct sales and in-direct channel partners. Customers include OEMs, telecom operators and system integrators.
Par is one of the pioneers in China's telecom market, establishing local sales offices and manufacturing already in the mid 90's. He has also held regional/global roles in Europe with companies such as Tilgin and Commscope. Besides English and his native Swedish Par speaks French and Spanish.

K.T. Cheung ‐ Senior Partner

K.T Cheung has 15+ years of experiences in Asia mobile industry and a track record of helping young and innovative mobile technology companies entering and growing business successfully in Asia. Technologies coverage are extensive and include Wireless PKI security, RF Optimisation, OSS, OCS, PCRF and CEM. K.T. is also the co-founder of Finsoft, a technology company  in the finance industry that was subsequently acquired by Reuters.

Simon Hudson ‐ Senior Partner

Simon has 19 years experience in the Telecommunications industry selling hardware and software solutions to Mobile Network Operators. He has been in Asia for the last 12 years, most of his time as the regional head of Actix and Arantech - the former a provider of mobile network optimization solutions and the latter a customer experience management provider. Having contributed to very successful exits of these companies - Actix acquired by Summit Ventures and Arantech by Tektronix - Simon moved on top helping companies on a consultancy basis, most recently as the Managing Director at Celcite and AdaptiveMobile.
With his industry experience and his underlying engineering background with companies such as Rolls Royce Aerospace and Rotadata, Simon has a very solid understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of telecom operators, which has earned him a very solid industry reputation and a vast contact network in the region.

Roger Grönberg ‐ Senior Partner

Roger was the Founder and CEO / CTO of Momail AB, which owned and launched Momail™, a multi-award winning carrier-grade push email platform. He established Momail's presence in Asia, leading the technical and sales operation out of Beijing, and was at the forefront of its growth and presence in the AP region.
In May 2011 he established FSTR, which acquired all the assets of Momail AB. Roger is a prolific, serial entrepreneur with strong business acumen. Besides Momail he has founded companies such as Memory And Storage Technology Sweden, Hard & Soft and Windows Developers Network and co-founded World City Game. He is a self taught System and Software Engineer/Architect. Prior to Momail AB he was Vice President of Euronet Hosting Solutions

Gerald Winnington-Ingram ‐ Senior Partner

A British national and former practising UK Barrister-at-law, Gerald has over three decades of experience from law, banking, advertising, television production, broadcasting, publishing, digital media and Internet and mobile technologies. He was the Founder and Managing Director of the Chinese Channel, the first and principal UK based satellite TV channel, catering to the European Chinese diaspora; and was the CEO of a Hong Kong listed TMT & transaction services group, where he was responsible for the strategic management of an investment portfolio of over US$100 million. Focusing on strategic planning, business development and corporate legal and business affairs roles, he has combined corporate executive management and entrepreneurial leadership roles with senior commercial consulting ones - such as having been the Principal & Head of Digital Media & Knowledge & Content Management at IBM Greater China Group Ltd., and as such was a senior thought leader in IBM's Global Services' Asia Pacific Digital Media and Entertainment Industry team.

Terry Graham‐ Senior Research Associate

Terry is a Research Affiliate at Hong Kong University's Telecommunications Research Project (TRP). He is widely published in the sector and has completed projects for Office of the Telecoms Authority (HK), APEC, PECC, ITU, UNDP, UNESCAP, Asia Foundation, European Union (EU), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Japanese Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), the World Bank and the U.S Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). He has worked with the U.S Information Technology Office, the Institute for the Future, Tarifica and the Broad Group. Recent projects include cloud computing and data centres in China, connected car, digital divide in Africa, National Information Infrastructure (NII) policies and programs, national competitiveness and promotion of information society, social media and disruptive technology strategy, investment analysis, and executive training. He is fluent in Mandarin, German and French.

Omid Mahboubi ‐ Research

Omid focuses on new technology trends, and is a frequent speaker at conferences. Besides having done research and association management at the Asia Cloud Computing Association, he is also the co-Founder of the MENA Cloud Alliance. Omid has been based out of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia for the last six years, helping develop companies with cloud based solutions.

Gwen Trodd ‐ Marketing & PR

Gwen grew up in Hong Kong and has also lived and studied in the U.K, Mainland China and Taiwan. After a degree in Chinese and Chinese Art History at the University of Westminster in London, Gwen moved back to Hong Kong where she started out in the Arts and Design industry before moving into HR. In this field she has held the position of HR Director for Van Melle, a large multinational, and she has also worked for smaller boutique consultancies, such as Nicholson International. Her skills in communications and knowledge of people and languages, combined with a very keen eye for design and form, has since made her a strong lead in helping companies and organisations with market communications, social media, events, campaigns, corporate communications and PR. Besides her native English Gwen speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
